Xiaofan Ma

Xiaofan Ma received the B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Beijing Institute of Technology, China, in 2019, and the M.Sc.degree in Nanotechnology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 2021.  Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Carl-Mikael Zetterling, in the research area of the fabrication of SiC integrated circuits for space application.
