Xin Chen

I am a Ph. D. student in the group of Technology in Healthcare in School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Health. The purpose of the group is to promote the sustainability of the healthcare system by a better understanding of the interactions of human and technology. The research is a collaboration between KTH - Royal Institute of Technology and RKH - The Red Cross University College.  

My research interest lies in finding the relation between managerial strategies and the efficiency of resource allocation that influences the quality of eldercare and the efficiency of providing good-quality care. My research also concerns the interaction between new technologies and the elder users (organizations) which aims to improve the adoption of the technology and the innovation process of new technology.
