Yi Liu

I had my Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering and Automation Control at Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 2020. After that, I was involved in the Master's Program in Electrical Power Engineering at KTH, and obtained the Master's degree in 2022. Now, I am working as a Ph.D. student at the Division of Electric Power and Energy System .

At this stage, my work is mainly to develop the Pan-European hydropower system database for an open-source energy modeling tool MOPO, where an equivalent Pan-European hydropower model will be built to mimic the detailed hydropower generation,  and the future hydropower potential will also be forecasted based on the weather data.
