Zimo Yuan

I received the BSc. degree and the MSc. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, China in 2017 and 2019 respectively, both in Electrical Engineering. Currently I am a doctoral student in Division of Electronics and Embedded Systems. My supervisors are Anders Hallén and Carl-Mikael Zetterling. My research work is related to optimized design, simulation and characterization of high voltage bipolar SiC devices.
