The course starts at 15:15 on Monday 29 August 2011 in lecture hall FB55 at AlbaNova University Center (Roslagstullsbacken 21).

Literature

Zvelebil and Baum, Understanding Bioinformatics, 1st edition (Garland Science)

Norman and Streiner, Biostatistics: The Bare Essentials, 3rd edition (B.C. Decker)

This is the final choice of literature. The biostatistics book is new for this year's course.
