After completing the course, the student should to pass the course be able to:

  1. Present orally the technical content of a scientific article to non-experts
  2. Be able to analyze and discuss scientific articles with their peers with respect to the
    1. writing style
    2. scientific statements
    3. questions concerning scientific ethics relating to presented data
    4. scientific merits and validity of the presented research.
  3. Analyze completeness and reproducibility of presented experimental procedures.
  4. Suggest alternative manners to formulate statements in results and discussion and conclusions sections in a given scientific articles.
  5. Be acquainted with a broad spectrum of scientific articles in the bio-, micro- and nanofluidics area.
