Fredrik Larsson - Intel
Fredrik Larsson took his Master of Science in Computer Science in Uppsala in 1996 and then joine SICS where he worked on distributed memory architectures. He then joined the Virtutech startup, that developed the SimICS platform. Virtutech was later acquired by Windriver and now belongs to Intel. SimICS is a very interesting developing toll not only because it will give you detailed information of the performance of your system but also since it can give you a deterministic work bench to debug a large distributed system.
Fredrik will in his lecture show how SimICS is used and the benefits it brings to developers.
