In the excercise of this seminar problem 10.4, we are asking to do some calculation about CRA, but we didn't mentioned about this algorithm in the class. In the book, the discription is also not that clear and equation 10.17 seems not correct. This algorithm is difficult to find introduction on the internet and the references mentioned in the book, i also can not find. can anybody give some clue about this?

I have the same problem. Could you please give some hints or at least explain how the algorithm works (in more details). The formula 10.17 is obviously not correct.
