Hur du arbetar med kursen
Kursen inleds med en introducerande föreläsning om 2 lektionstimmar och fortsätter med 5 övningstillfällen om tre timmar vardera med självstudier under handledning. (På vissa utbildningsprogram är det bara 12 schemalagda övningstimmar i stället för 15. Då hoppar man över övning 4 nedan och läser in det materialet hemma i stället.) Läs gärna avsnitten i den rekommenderade ordningen nedan och lös så många uppgifter du hinner, men tveka inte att hoppa över sådant som du redan kan och i stället lägga mer tid på svårare avsnitt. Observera att alla övningar ska lösas utan hjälp av räknare – förståelse och räknefärdighet ska gå hand i hand. Ta hjälp av dina kamrater!
How the course works
The course begins with an introductory two-hour lecture and continues with 5 tutorial sessions of three hours each with tutored self-studies. You are welcome to read the sections in the order recommended below and solve as many exercises as possible, but do not hesitate to skip stuff you already master and spend that time on more difficult parts in stead. Observe that all exercises should be solved without a calculator – understanding and numeracy should go hand in hand. Ask your classmates for help!
