Astroparticle physics is a relatively new research area which builds on synergy between the fields of subatomic physics, astrophysics and cosmology. This symbiosis has resulted in tremendous advances in our understanding of the universe at the very largest and very smallest scales of distance and time. During this course, particular emphasis is placed on experimental aspects of the subject. Key results are surveyed and the methods used to obtain them are discussed.
