Degree Certificate

Transfer credits
When you are done with your degree project and are ready to graduate you can apply for your degree certificate online in your Personal menu. In order for you to apply online, we need to transfer the credits from your home university so that you can reach 300 credits (Master of Science in Engineering 300 credits). We will transfer 180 at bachelor’s level and 30 credits at master’s level from your home university. If you did not include a complete transcript covering this in your application, including a bachelor certificate, you need to ask your coordinator at your home university to send us these documents.

KTH Degree certificate
You apply for your certificate online in your Personal Menu.
You choose "Master of Science in Engineering" (Civilingenjör in Swedish) 300 credits, degree programme in either Engineering Physics or Vehicle Engineering (depending on which programme you are admitted to). You also include the credits transferred from your home university.
Passing Swedish B1/B2 is part of the double degree but the courses are not part of the diploma. 

Note! The specialisation within the programme is not mentioned in the degree certificate but is reflected in the course names.

Your degree certificate will be e-mailed to you within some weeks (approximately 6-8 weeks), to the address you have provided in your degree application. For more information, please contact the Degree Administration Office directly, info@kth.se. 

Confirmation of passed requirements for a degree certificate 
Normally it takes about 6-8 weeks before the degree certificate is sent to your email. If your home university needs a confirmation while waiting for the original we can issue a document called "Confirmation of passed requirements for a degree certificate". Please note that we cannot issue this document unless you have applied in the system and we have had the chance to make sure everything looks ok.
