CNC milling machine

There is a CNC milling machine in the workshop.

The student workshop has a CNC machine, a HAAS mini mill. The machine can be used to produce complex parts in metal, mainly aluminium. The machine can at maximum handle workpieces of dimensions 406x305x254 mm.

The machine has high tolerances and a spindle speed of 6000 RPM. Small details as well as large parts can be produced in the machine with high precision. To use the CNC a lengthy introduction is needed.
