As a Swedish Government funded research centre, XPRES is committed to open science to make scientific research and its dissemination accessible to all levels of society, amateur or professional.
The following publication strategy is in place to assure quality scientific outcomes and stimulate quality publications.
- Prioritise quality over quantity.
- Focus on journal publications over conference papers.
- Choose well-established journals with high impact factors.
- Publish in hybrid open-access – open-access in subscription-based journals.
- Promote research work via social media, such as ResearchGate.
- Stress to present concepts and results supported by professional illustrations.
- Implement incentives to stimulate quality publications.
