Dhaka: Inclusive Urban Sanitation for Inclusive Cities
SI and KTH alumna Farhana Rashid is inviting alumni in Bangladesh to a workshop on Urban Sanitation for inclusive cities.

Very recently Bangladesh has upgraded herself to the World Bank's “lower middle income” and our Govt wants to be a middle income country By 2021 and achieve SDG by 2030. With the growth of economic activity our cities are growing. But our cities are not designed to facilitate very basic needs like urban sanitation.
Keeping that in mind, SI Alumni network in Bangladesh has planned for a workshop in Dhaka with related key stakeholder to develop innovative, collaborative and affordable strategies for inclusive urban sanitation. This workshop also aims to reach out the govt. official to give them idea how these strategies could be implemented in collaborative way.
