The recruitment process from a recruiters perspective

Academic Work was founded in 1998 by three students who saw the industries’ need for personnel as a perfect opportunity to rent out their classmates. A boiler room at Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm had to work as a first office. Today Academic Work is Sweden’s biggest staffing and recruitment company within white collar and they have helped over 140 000 people to a job since they started.

Academic Work is staffing and recruiting young professionals – students and academics in the beginning of their careers. They are experts at the recruitment process and all its parts such as selection of applications, interview techniques, tests and cases.

During this seminar, Academic Work will talk more about how the recruitment process is conducted and what you as a candidate should think about when you apply for jobs. They will give you an insight into their own work; what do they look for when selecting their candidates and what do they look for in the CV and the application letter? How do they prepare their candidates before the meeting with the company?
