KTH Entré is a central meeting point for service and information on campus. As a student you can get help with your access card, KTH account and study certificates. Here you can also buy KTH branded merchandise.

At KTH Entré you can pick up a new card, replace a lost card or change your PIN code.

KTH Account is used to access KTH's IT services. If you don't have Mobile BankID, you can retrieve your account and get help to activate it in KTH Entré. Remember to bring valid identification.

Digital queue ticket in KTH Entré

When you visit KTH Entré, you have the option to choose between a physical queue ticket and a digital queue ticket. With the digital queue ticket, you can see how many people are waiting before you, which is particularly useful in long queues. You can access the digital queue either via a web link or by downloading the Q-cloud app from the App Store or Google Play.

    People using Apple products and trying to log in to Ladok for Students may come to a blank page. The solution is then to update the operating system.

  • Confirm the identity on your KTH account

    As of 10 December 2023, all students with a Swedish personal identity number must have at least assurance level AL2 on their KTH account in order to be able to login to Ladok.
