France: Sorbonne University

Sorbonne University is a renowned university in central Paris with historical roots. It was established in 2018 through a merger of Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) and Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) and is ranked 59th in the world. Among the university's alumni and professors are over 30 Nobel Prize winners, including Marie Curie. Following significant efforts in internationalization, around one-fifth of its 50,000 students are international, and there are many associations and activities for foreign students.
