Here you can find more information about the accommodation on offer at Marholmen Island and the estimated cost.

Conference registration costs include food, accommodation, and cost of conference rooms for the duration of the meeting. Marholmen has a variety of accommodations available to participants which can alter costs based on preferences for sharing a hotel room or a room within a cottage (details below). The cost of board, accommodation, and the conference will be invoiced directly by Marholmen. If you have a guest accompanying you to the conference, their registration cost will be reduced by 1875 SEK.

We have additionally arranged for a wine pairing to be included with the conference dinner scheduled for the last evening, should you opt in for this with a cost of 340 SEK.

Note: Shared cottage room assignments will not be co-ed/mixed gender. If you have a group of people in mind you would like to share a cottage with that is co-ed (for example, all students from a research group) please specify in the registration in that case. The cottages have three bedrooms with space for up to five people.
