I am interested in processing medical data (vital signs, socio-demographic information, human and environmental factors etc.) and biomedical signals (ECG, EEG) or images to extract clinically relevant information using machine learning techniques.

I am currently using deep learning networks to improve image quality of Cone Beam CT system which is used for determining patient position prior to a therapy session on Leksell Gamma Knife Icon by Elekta. The objective of the project is to suppress noise artifacts in CBCT images through semantic segmentation.

Background: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Pakistan (2013)
