About me

PhD candidate in the Energy Technology department

I obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree. After working in the industry for a few years in mechanical testing and conformity analysis, I was awarded the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SISGP)  to pursue a master's degree in sustainable energy engineering at KTH, which I obtained in 2016. Then after working as a research engineer at KTH, I started pursuing my Ph.D. in the energy technology department at KTH.

Research

  • Thermal Energy Storage (modeling, design, performance and exergy)
  • Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage ATES
  • Hydraulic and Thermal Modeling or Geothermal energy storage
  • Ground Source Heat Pump Systems (operation, fault detection and diagnosis)
  • Large Scale Geothermal Plants Monitoring (Big Data Management, data acquisition and performance analysis)
  • Energy systems
  • Distributed Temperature Sensing using laser & fiber optic cables (installation, calibration, uncertainty and data processing)

My goal is to contribute to a leading research group in ground source heat pumps and geothermal energy storage areas at KTH. I enjoy research, teaching as well as spreading knowledge and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
