Stavroula Angelaki

Research engineer at the Department of Architecture at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Stavroula holds a PhD in Architecture from KTH in Stockholm, a MSc in Lighting Design from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark and a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Design and Decorative Arts from the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece.

She has been part of the interdisciplinary research project LiSE - Lighting in School Environments. Her research focuses on lighting interventions in educational spaces beyond retrofitting solutions, taking into account children's scale, visual and spatial perception, and their application in participatory design practices related to lighting.
