Anna Mammitzsch

I work as a coordinator at the management office at EECS, providing management support to the divisions of Computational Science and Technology (CST) and Theoretical Computer Science (TCS).

At CST I sit in room 4416, at TCS in room 4535.

As a Management coordinator, I provide qualified support to the Head and Deputy Head of the department in strategic and operational matters. I handle leadership questions at the departmental level and contribute to the development of school-wide principles and plans. In my role, I act as a link between HR, finance, communication, and the service center, while administering research projects and internal agreements with other universities. I coordinate on/offboarding for new employees and guests, workplace safety initiatives, meetings, events, and internal communication, as well as support economic and personnel processes.

I hold a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Stockholm University and have a strong background in adult education, research, project and event management.
