Ahmad Saleem Akhtar

I have a background in Electrical Engineering and Microsystems Technology (MST). I obtained my PhD degree in Biotechnology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, in 2023 and currently I am working as a Postdoctoral researcher.

My work has focused extensively on developing low-cost diagnostic solutions for resource-limited settings. In particular, I’m interested in the miniaturization and adaptation of protein and nucleic acid assays for point-of-care applications.
