About me
I'm a PhD student in theoretical biophysics working on Markov state models, elastic network models and multi-resolution simulation methods as ways to understand how large biomolecules move and function. I'm also interested in high performance computing and worked as a support engineer at PDC (KTH) alongside my master's studies. I have studied engineering physics at KTH (F-11) but did my master's thesis project in Nobel laureate Michael Levitt's group at Stanford University, USA.
