Dongkun Yu was born in 1994 in Weihai of Shangdong, China. He received master’s degree at the Department of Chemistry of Renmin University of China. He graduated in applied chemistry and received his bachelor’s degree in 2013 from Shandong University, China. His former research interest is designing eutectics based on noncovalent interactions. Now he mainly focuses on biomass and natural deep eutectic solvents.
