I have spent my career working with ideas at every stage— from the first intuitive spark to the first real customer.

At KTH Innovation I have been working  hands-on with researchers, students, and teams since 2009 to turn early concepts, technologies, and patents into validated solutions and viable companies.

My roles at KTH Innovation are Business Development Coach and Innovation Strategist.

As a Business Development Coach, I primarily support ICT, deep tech, and FoodTech projects, drawing on my own entrepreneurial background. My focus is always the same: reduce uncertainty, accelerate learning, and move teams toward real market traction.

As an Innovation Strategist, I represent KTH in Sweden and internationally, meeting global delegations and building cross-border partnerships. I am also responsible for the external dissemination of the KTH Innovation Readiness Level framework, which is now used by over 4,000 organizations worldwide.

This includes universities, incubators, corporations and national innovation agencies adopting the KTH IRL for managing progress, allocating funding, and driving innovation outcomes.

In 2015–2016 I spent a year in Silicon Valley as part of the Vinnova/Wallenberg Fellowship program, where I helped establish the Swedish presence at the Nordic Innovation House in Palo Alto.
