About me

I am a PhD student at SciLifeLab and KTH Royal Institute of Technology working in the fields of computational biology, bioinformatics, and proteomics within the Human Protein Atlas. My research focuses on integrating large-scale multi-omics datasets, including transcriptomics, proteomics, single-cell, and protein localization data, to better understand protein expression and organization in human tissues, cancer, and other disease contexts. As part of the Human Protein Atlas Alpha Cell Program, I develop computational workflows and analytical frameworks for studying the human secretome, membrane proteome, and cancer-associated protein signatures through large-scale data integration and systems-level analyses. I am particularly interested in reproducible data-driven approaches that combine biological interpretation, statistical analysis, and visualization to generate new insights into human biology, disease mechanisms, and precision medicine.
