About me
LECTURER IN ARCHITECTURE
I teach architecture and urban design master studios at ABE_Architecture and Cities, together with the students we are currently researching urban and industrial built environments and their interfaces with water, a fundamental resourse but also a risk. We aim to develop urban projects for future manufacturing and living environments that are resilient to climate extremes, sensitive in their circular economy and mostly socially inclusive.
Before joining KTH I taught urban planning and design at the School of Architecture in Ferrara, Italy and Syracuse University USA. I worked professionally with Emilio Ambasz, and Richard Meier in the USA but also in Italy with Studio Valle architetti. I founded and run an independent design practice in Italy that often worked on renovation and regeneration of buildings and structures. I have a MA from IUAV Venezia and from Columbia University NY as a Fulbright Scholar.
