Fabian Schmidt

I am a PhD student working on the ALEC2 project. My supervisors are Professor Vladimir Vlassov and Associate Professor Amir Hossein Payberah. I am also affiliated with Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP).

My research interests include NLP/NLU and ML, particularly in the health domain. We currently offer the possibility to conduct Master theses in our group. I myself can supervise the following topics:

1. Evaluating the Performance of Anonymisation on Downstream Tasks
2. Learning a Patient Representation using Tabular Transformers
3. A Scalable Architecture for Treatment Recommendations
