About me
I have a Master of Science in Engineering in Urban Planning and Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I currently work as a Research Engineer at KTH and am part of the UCS – Urban & Community Safety Research Group and the KTH Safeplaces Network. Our work focuses on exploring the relationship between the physical and social environment and issues of safety and security. Using GIS and spatial statistical methods, we map patterns of crime and perceived safety in both urban and rural areas, as well as analyze safety within public transport systems. I have a strong interest in urban planning, particularly in relation to safety. I am proficient in mapping and visualization tools such as GIS, CAD, and Illustrator, as well as statistical analysis using Excel and SPSS. I aim to contribute to safer and more secure communities by improving understanding of these issues and developing effective strategies.
