About me
About me
I am currently a Postdoctoral researcher at the Fiber and Polymer Technology department, division of Polymer Technology at KTH.
Driven by the belief that materials science can play a crucial role in mitigating environmental issues, my research focuses on developing bio-based and regenerable materials derived from green algae, with a particular emphasis on enhancing their physico-chemical properties for water purification applications.
This work supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 6, 13, and 14, highlighting the importance of sustainability in addressing global environmental challenges.
My Background
PhD in materials science and environmental chemistry (Mohamed V University, Morocco).
My Ph.D. research work is focused on developing efficient composite materials based on lignocellulosic biomass, mainly biochar, for wastewater treatment.
MSc in Materials science, Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco, 2017.
