Johan Fredin Haslum

I'm an Industrial PhD student at KTH and AstraZeneca funded by the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP). At KTH I am associated with the Computational Science and Technology department, working in Kevin Smith's group situated at the Science for Life Laboratory.

My research is focused on developing and applying Machine Learning methods suitable for the challenging data found in the medical and drug discovery domain. Primarily focusing on prediction and feature representation learning in multiplexed fluorescent microscopy data.
