I am a researcher and project manager at PDC.
My responsibilities include:
Coordination of SNIC centers within the PRACE infrastructure.
Development of the PDC Business Unit.
Coordinating PDC's partnership in HPC-Europa3 project.
Leader of a subtask in EUDAT infrastructure.
I am also supervising master student projects in computer science:
1. Daniel Berglund - Gene-EnvironmentInteraction Analysis UsingGraphic Cards
2. Vasilis Papadimitriou - HPC simulation of fluid-structure interaction for an in-core neutron flux detector housing tube (In collaboration with Vattenfall)
