About me
I am a Ph.D. in Human Factors/Ergonomics specializing in how socially sustainable working systems can be supported, both in daily work practices and during change. My doctoral thesis focused on the effects of Lean Production on working conditions in industrial work, as well as managerial practices that may support a favorable psychosocial work environment.
At KTH I am a lecturer and responsible for courses within the international master’s program Work, Technology, and Health at the Division of Ergonomics, for an undergraduate course in Sustainable Development and Ergonomics (HF1201), and a life-long learning course about change leadership and work environment improvements (CH204V). Before I came to KTH I worked as a physical therapist for about 10 years in different types of healthcare organizations.
