About me

Hello!
I am a space science PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Anita Kullen, Dr. Lorenz Roth, Dr. Lei Cai and Professor Timo Pitkänen, currently working on aurora science!
Before starting my PhD at KTH, I completed my masters in Space Science at the University of Orleans, in France. There, I got the opportunity to intern at the Laboratory of Physics and Chemistry of the Environment and Space (LPC2E), working on projects such as boundary analyses of Mercury's bowshock, testing of space science instrumentation and blind source separation of solar images.
I did my master's thesis at the Research Institute in Astrophysics and Planetology (IRAP) in Toulouse, focused on simulations around the atmospheric escape of Venus.
Currently, I am working on data analyses from space and ground base instrumentation, trying to understand the coupling of the solar wind with our magnetosphere and ionosphere. One of my ongoing projects concerns how two different auroral forms connect with each other, the cusp aurora and transpolar auroral arcs, and trying to understand their origins and dependencies.
