Seyedeh Fatemeh Mottaghi

I am Nazanin (Seyedeh Fatemeh) Mottaghi, a guest researcher in Real Estate and Finance at the Department of Real Estate and Construction. My research focuses on digital finance, with particular emphasis on the tokenization of real-world assets (especially real estate) using distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and smart contracts. I study the financial, economic, and structural implications of real estate tokens within blockchain-based ecosystems.
