About me
I am Director of KTH Leancentrum. We combine research with proven practice to build future-critical capabilities in individuals and organizations.
My starting point is simple. We do not always need more information. We need to become better at putting what we already know into practice.
That is why I design learning experiences that build the capacity to act. Together with researchers, industry and the public sector, we create training arenas around real-world challenges. Participants test ideas, reflect, practise and learn with and from each other.
We develop capabilities such as systems thinking, critical thinking, decision-making, strategy and scenario thinking. We combine these with leadership and continuous improvement. The goal is to help people and organizations become more adaptive, robust and resilient together.
This becomes particularly important as AI, the sustainability transition and total defence reshape the playing field. Knowing what to do is not enough. Knowledge needs to be put to work.
I am particularly interested in how we practise and build these capabilities over time and in partners who want to co-create the next generation of lifelong learning.
