Om mig

I am a biomedical scientist and academic leader working at the intersection of aging biology, immunology, infectious diseases, molecular epidemiology, and regenerative medicine. My research focuses on how infections, genetics, cellular aging, telomere dynamics, mitochondrial biology, and environmental factors influence healthspan and disease outcomes.

I currently serve as Professor at NUST and hold an Associate Professor / researcher affiliation at Lund University, Sweden. My work has contributed to high-impact publications in journals including Science, Nature Medicine, Nature Communications, Aging Cell, Scientific Reports, and others, with over 3,000 citations.

I am interested in international research collaborations, academic leadership, grant-funded projects, translational biomedical research, biotech partnerships, and opportunities related to aging, immunology, infectious disease diagnostics, molecular biomarkers, and regenerative medicine.
