Ozan Alp Topal

Ozan Alp Topal received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics and communication engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in information and communication systems with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. His research interests include optimization, multiantenna communications, network deployment, and radio resource allocation.
