Main tasks and focus:

• Operational and strategic HR-related questions, such as employment law, work environment, management, employeeship and rehabilitation
• Support for the school's managers and leaders regarding prevailing laws and regulations, and coaching in the individual leadership.
• Support for the HR-manager in the strategic development of the School's HR processes and routines.
• Support for the HR-unit in various HR issues
