Stefan Lundborg

Stefan Lundborg is a postdoctoral fellow in the research group HEOS - Higher Education Organization Studies. He earned his PhD in 2025 with the thesis The Alpha, The Omega, and Everything in Between: Managing Expectations in Swedish Higher Education, and now conducts further research in the areas of higher education governance and management. Prior to his work at KTH, he was most recently employed as Chief Audit Executive of Örebro University, and he has previously also worked at Mid Sweden University and Karlstad University.
