Theodor-Adrian Stana

I am an electronics engineer working in the Particle and Astroparticle Physics group of KTH. Together with my colleagues in the group, we design and build instruments flown on stratospheric balloons and small satellites, with the purpose of studying the emission of polarised hard X-rays from the Crab and other polarised sources in the Universe.

As an electronics engineer, my main contribution to these missions is through design of digital electronics boards and algorithm implementations in hardware description languages such as VHDL.
