Professor emeritus in Theoretical Nuclear Physics with H factor of >60 and interest in nuclear structure physics.Explaining complicated experimental results by means of simple models.
Received 'Edlunska Priset' from the Royal Swedish Academy of Science, KVA 1995.
First vice president at KTH in charge of internationalisation, contributing to international partnerships during 2002-2016, in particular to the establishment of the knowledge and innovation communities (KIC) of the EIT, the KTH Global Development Hub as well as many other initiatives during that time. I have a passion for international relations and collaborations in Europe.
Personal interests are litterature, art, history, politics, swimming, long distance ice skating, bicycling, Tango Dancing.
