About me

I obtained my B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and am in the last semester of my M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, specializing in lightweight structures, at KTH. My master's thesis is being conducted at The University of Tokyo, focusing on optimizing manufacturing parameters for additive manufacturing of CFRP sandwich panels.

My research is centered around 3D printing of integral sandwich structures, specifically investigating how printing orientation and positioning affect mechanical properties. By optimizing additive manufacturing processes, I aim to enhance structural performance and material efficiency in lightweight applications.

Beyond research, I have experience in aerospace structures and composite materials, having contributed to projects in collaboration with KTH, Saab, and EAFIT.

I'm originally from Macugnaga, Italy and currently live in Stockholm. Outside of work, I enjoy orienteering with EIF, bouldering, muay thai, and generally keeping active and being outside.
