About me
I received my BSc and MSc degrees in Biomedical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2017 and 2020, respectively, and completed my PhD in Biomechanics at the Promobilia MoveAbility Lab at KTH in 2025. My doctoral research focused on the in vivo measurement of skeletal muscle morphology and mechanical properties using ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Currently, I am working on the PelvicMIM project, which aims to enhance the diagnosis and understanding of childbirth-related pelvic floor muscle injuries through a multi-modal imaging approach. My work focuses on the development and application of advanced imaging techniques, including diffusion MRI, quantitative MRI, and elastography, to evaluate pelvic floor muscle microstructure, composition, and stiffness.
