Three individual homeworks

* General — 1000 points
* Algorithm — 5600 points
* Implementation — 5600 points
To pass the course and get at least an E, you need to get more than 50 % of general scores on each homework. All homeworks must be on time for a grade higher than E.

Grading: base grade is E. Increase grades by earning titles.

* Implementation scores

* 300 "Implementor of Bioinformatics Algorithms"
* 450 "Master Implementor of Bioinformatics Algorithms"

* Algorithm scores

* 300 "Designer of Bioinformatics Algorithms"
* 450 "Master Designer of Bioinformatics Algorithms"
To get an A, you must achieve both "Master Implementor of Bioinformatics Algorithms" and "Master Designer of Bioinformatics Algorithms".
