In groups of three:

A new social initiative aims to address the needs of the increasing number of young people aged 14-20, who are arriving alone to Sweden as refugees. As part of this initiative, some funding will be put to develop new interactive services for this group. What kinds of design would be suitable in this case?

You may have some ideas already, but you probably don’t have enough information yet to make a good plan. Read chapter 3-5 and select some methods that you think would be useful for this particular case.
