Nicolas Lisle has been studying how to guide a viewer with a large number of TV channels and let him control the TV set, given a number of different multimodal devices: an advanced remote control with a small display, an iPad-like device, a normal computer with a touch screen and a large Surface screen. He has investigated efficiency and usability of the different devices.
