Correction to problem CD2

Some students have noted that the planned generation and the outage in scenario III do not match (the outage is larger than the generation). The problem is corrected by adding 1000 MW planned generation in area South as well as adding 1000 MW to the load in area South. The data in table 3 has been updated accordingly (see "Examination" in the menu to the left).
