Reading instructions for the compendium

Unfortunately, the new version of the compendium is not yet ready to be published, but the reading instructions in the course syllabus refer to the chapter numbering that will be used in the new edition. The table below shows how chapters will be renumbered.

Please notice that the normal approximation (section 6.2.6 in the 2011 compendium) is not part of the course and that dispatchable hydro power is an advanced part of the course (i.e., not considered in project assignment E or the exam).
